Training self defence techniques and training the mind is a fundamental part of any martial arts and holistic self defence includes everything.  Being aware of danger and at the same time, living without fear is a worthy goal of self defence training and getting the balance right is the way.  Whatever physical path the student chooses, the training will be enhanced through personal security awareness and positive life philosophy without barriers to growth and free of violence.  Together we seek security and confidence through physical and mental harmony.
